As Starmark’s Senior Analyst, Jamie is passionate about aiding her team in their pursuit of achieving the company’s short and long-term goals and objectives. She is a motivated and enthusiastic worker driven by the desire to meet targets and deadlines efficiently and effectively. Jamie earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Miriam College in the Philippines and utilizes her skills on a daily basis to ensure both she and her support staff contribute in meaningful ways and with the highest level of excellence to the company’s success. When not focusing on work, Jamie’s concentration centers on her family; they enjoy quality time together watching movies, dining out, shopping, and engaging actively in playing badminton, basketball, and PlayStation games.
Aryeh is an Associate Appraiser who received a Bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Studies after studying in Yeshiva high schools in New York (Brooklyn and Monsey) and in Israel. He has been with Starmark Appraisals for nearly 4 years; having spent his early professional career as a counselor assisting academically and behaviorally challenged minors in schools. Aryeh utilizes his education and training to build strong relationships with both his team and clientele, deliver quality reports, and ensure the highest of ethical and customer satisfaction standards are met on a daily basis. He encourages his team to work hard and supports them through strategic goal-setting to achieve their objectives. Aryeh enjoys the beauty of nature, and when not hard at work can often be found hiking and spending quality time with friends, his wife, and his 5 rambunctious kids.
Mandi is an Associate Appraiser who brings ten years of team facilitation and project execution to Starmark. Mandi holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota where she also studied both Finance & Management. Having also spent time in Italy studying at the Consortium Institute of Management and Business Administration, Mandi is in a unique position to use her skills to both lend support to and aid in the professional development of her team. Mandi excels at employing strategic initiatives that encourage optimal output, and she continually seeks creative solutions for all client inquiries to maintain excellence in customer service and quality reporting. Mandi enjoys spending time at home, reading, working in the yard, and engaging in renovation projects. In her downtime, Mandi can be found entertaining friends & family at her Michigan lake home or planning and executing a holiday away to somewhere warm where surfing and hiking opportunities abound.
Ryan is an Associate Appraiser who enjoys being an active part of appraisal organizations. He brings to Starmark over 20 years of hands-on professional experience in the Real Estate Appraisal Field where he has been recognized for his technical expertise and thorough knowledge of current real estate practices. Holding a Master’s degree in Public Administration from George Mason University, Ryan’s professional accomplishments include being a licensed Certified General Appraiser in DC, MD, & VA, a year spent as President of the VAAO (VA Association of Assessing Officers), and testifying as an expert witness for the Arlington County Circuit Court. Having played collegiate soccer, Ryan now looks forward to attending both of his son’s games, and when he is not actively networking and staying abreast of real estate industry trends, Ryan can be found taking his lab on long neighborhood walks with his wife, and looking forward to his annual trek to the Outer Banks for an extended family vacation.
Tracey has spent the majority of her professional career in management; implementing bookkeeping systems, developing operational procedures, and instituting best practices. She enjoys working with people and utilizes the positive attributes that a lifelong practice of martial arts and yoga has taught her to seek creative solutions in process improvement and problem-solving. Tracey promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment and encourages her team to work hard to achieve both personal and organizational goals and objectives. She advocates for continuous professional development, learning, and education, and holds degrees in Accounting and Management and Organizational Leadership. Tracey currently resides in Southwest Florida, and when she is not hard at work behind her computer, she can be found spending time with her husband and rescue dog enjoying the coastline; sailing, hiking, camping, or relaxing on the beach.
Mac is a Strategic leader with over 8 years of experience in Facility Management. Mac specializes in building teams, overseeing projects, and implementing initiatives that streamline workflow and increase efficiency. He studied at Ferris State University in MI where he earned a Bachelor’s in Facility Management, and now uses his skills to foster and strengthen relationships amongst his team and with his clients. Mac excels at implementing strategies that drive operational excellence by executing processes through the use of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to devise paths for growth. One of Mac’s most recent paths to personal growth has been working with an executive leadership coach to better himself as a manager and person. He currently resides in MI and when he is not actively seeking out new learning opportunities, Mac enjoys spending time with his 9-year son and playing sports; hiking, golfing, pickleball, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.
