Rent Comparability Studies: Starmark has held a multi year contract for all Rent Comparability Studies commissioned by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. This experience of working in close collaboration with HUD gives us a deep insight into the analysis and process desired by HUD, and sets us apart from other firms.
