Rent Comparability Studies

Starmark Appraisals provides timely and quality reports, backed by the experience of thousands of RCS reports performed in every state. All reports rigorously adhere to Chapter 9 of the HUD Section 8 Renewal Policy Guide.

Market (feasibility) Studies

These studies analyze the feasibility of a proposed project, and are required by most State Housing Finance Agencies. They are critical for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) new construction and rehabilitation developments.
